Account access uses mobile number and OTP verification. Google sign-in may also be available.

Information is used to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide tracking, handle cancellations/refunds/complaints, issue invoices/GST bills, prevent fraud, improve services, send subscribed marketing/newsletters and comply with legal obligations.

Payment processing is integrated with Razorpay. Relevant order and delivery information may be shared with Shiprocket and applicable logistics partners for fulfilment and delivery. Third-party providers process information under their applicable terms.
